Abstract

anticorpo anti-bst2 humana, método para sua produção e seu uso, polinucleotídeo, vetor, hibridoma e agente terapêutico a presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos anti-bst2 que foram selecionados usando, como um indicador, a ligação entre anticorpos antibst2 e diversas variantes com sp/icing do antígeno bst2 humano. como um resultado, os presentes inventores obtiveram com sucesso anticorpos anti-bst2 que reconhecem especificamente a bst2d, a qual foi reportada como sendo expressa em altos níveis em células cancerígenas. os anticorpos da presente invenção se ligam especificamente a células expressando bst2d. ligação de anticorpo não-específica a tecidos nãoalvo, a qual resulta na diminuição da concentração de anticorpo no sangue, pode ser prevenida usando os anticorpos da presente invenção terapeuticamente. alternativamente, a presente invenção proporciona agentes diagnósticos compreendendo um anticorpo da presente invenção, o qual detecta especificamente tecidos expressando bst2d.
