Abstract

sistema de acesso vascular para prevenir lesão. um sistema de acesso vascular para prevenir picadas de agulha inclui uma agulha, um protetor de ponta e um alojamento. a agulha pode ser uma agulha hipodérmica ou outra agulha convencional tendo uma haste de agulha que termina em 5 uma ponta de agulha. o protetor de ponta proporciona uma parte fechada que define uma câmara. a parte fechada inclui uma extremidade distal fechada e uma extremidade proximal que engata de modo deslizável na haste da agulha. a parte fechada inclui ainda pelo menos uma parede lateral configurada para engatar de modo deslizável com a haste da agulha. o alojamento define 10 uma passagem com aberturas respectivas proximais e distais através das quais a agulha se estende. o protetor de ponta é também disposto na passagem e é ali contido de modo liberável. a agulha e/ou o protetor de ponta são adaptados para prevenir que a haste da agulha seja completamente extraída do protetor de ponta. o protetor de ponta prende ainda a ponta da agulha na câmara depois da extração da ponta da agulha para dentro da câmara.
