Abstract

implante cirúrgico a invenção se refere a um implante cirúrgico que compreende: um elemento inflável (2), em resposta a uma pressão de um fluido, um reservatório (9) para o fluido sob pressão em comunicação com o elemento inflável para regular a pressão do dito elemento, uma bomba comandada manualmente (11) em comunicação por um lado com o elemento inflável via um obturador unidirecional e, por outro lado, com o reservatório via um obturador unidirecional, uma caixa de comando (7) que integra o reservatório (9) e a bomba manual (11), a caixa de comando apresentando uma abertura de passagem (12) para o fluido, em comunicação por um lado no lado interior da caixa de comando (7), com o reservatório (9) e a bomba manual (11) e, por outro lado, no lado exterior da caixa de comando, com unicamente o elemento inflável (2), com o auxílio de um cateter (6) montado entre o elemento inflável (2) e a caixa de comando (7). de acordo com a invenção, o reservatório (9) é formado por uma câmara estanque (15) de fluido sob pressão, delimitada por um êmbolo móvel (16) solicitado elasticamente por uma mola (17).
