Abstract

The invention relates to a lock for an automobile door leaf, that comprises: a rotary bolt (3) adapted for interaction with a strike between an open position and a closed position of the lock (1) and urged into an open position of the lock; a pivotal ratchet (5) capable of maintaining said strike (3) in the closed position of the lock (1); an inner opening lever (7) capable of pivotally driving said ratchet (5) for releasing the rotation of said bolt (3) towards the open position of the lock (1); a locking lever (9) capable of pivoting between a locked position and an unlocked position of the lock (1); characterised in that, on the one hand, the locking lever (9) can be pivotally driven by a first driving means (27) for shifting from the locked position to an intermediate unlocked position upon the actuation of the inner locking lever (7) towards the opening position of the lock (1), and in that, on the other hand, the locking lever (9) can be driven by a second driving means (29) for driving the locking lever (9) from the intermediate unlocked position towards the unlocked position, wherein the second driving means (29) can be rotatingly driven by the bolt (3) upon the rotation of said bolt (3) towards the open position of the lock.
