A sequência de nucleotídeos (SEQ ID NO: 1) é alterada a partir de GCG-ACC-GGG-CAA-CAA para GCG-AAA-CAA, a deleção 6 pb é dos nucleotídeos C-CC-GGG sublinhados.

Claims (20)
- Processo para recuperação de ácido chiquímico de um fluxo de processo aquoso compreendendo ainda glifosato, caracterizado pelo fato de que o processo compreende:
introduzir o fluxo de processo aquoso em uma unidade de separação de membrana compreendendo pelo menos uma membrana de separação selecionada a partir do grupo consistindo em ultrafiltra-ção, microfiltração, nanofiltração, ou osmose reversa; e
contactar o fluxo de processo aquoso e a pelo menos uma membrana de separação para formar um retentado e um permeado. - Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos uma membrana de separação é seletiva para produzir um retentado enriquecido em ácido chiquímico em relação ao permeado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos uma membrana de separação é seletiva para produzir um retentado enriquecido em glifosato em relação ao permeado.
- Processo, de acordo com qualquer a reivindicação 2 ou 3, caracterizado pelo fato de que o retentado compreende ácido chiquímico e glifosato e o processo compreende ainda separar ácido chiquímico de glifosato no retentado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que separar o ácido chiquímico de glifosato no retentado forma uma solução de produto aquoso compreendendo ácido chiquímico e esgotada de glifosato em relação ao retentado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 4 ou 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que tal separação compreende introduzir o retentado em pelo menos uma zona de troca iônica e contactar o retentado com uma resina de troca iônica nele contida e seletiva para a remoção de glifosato de lá para formar uma solução de produto aquoso compreendendo ácido chiquímico e esgotada de glifosato relativo ao reten-tado.
- Processo, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 2 a 6, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende ainda diluir o fluxo de processo aquoso durante o contato com pelo menos uma membrana de separação, de tal modo que a unidade de separação de membrana funciona como a unidade de separação de membrana de diafiltração.
- Processo, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 2 a 7, caracterizado pelo fato de que a unidade de separação de membrana compreende uma pluralidade de membranas de separação, a pluralidade de membranas compreendendo uma primeira membrana de separação e uma segunda membrana de separação, em que o processo compreende ainda:
- (a) introduzir o retentado da primeira membrana de separação no fluxo de processo aquoso;
- (b) contactar o permeado da primeira membrana de separação com a segunda membrana de separação para formar um segundo retentado e um segundo permeado, em que o segundo retentado é enriquecido em ácido chiquímico com relação ao segundo permeado; e
- (c) introduzir o segundo retentado no fluxo de processo aquoso.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que a pluralidade de membranas de separação compreende ainda uma terceira membrana de separação, em que o processo compreende ainda:
- (d) contactar o segundo permeado com a terceira membrana de separação para formar um terceiro retentado e um terceiro per-meado, em que o terceiro retentado é enriquecido em ácido chiquímico com relação ao terceiro permeado; e
- (e) introduzir o terceiro retentado no fluxo de processo aquoso.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 8 ou 9, caracterizado pelo fato de que uma ou mais das etapas (a) a (e) são conduzidas de forma substancialmente contínua.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos uma membrana de separação é seletiva para produzir um permeado enriquecido em ácido chiquímico relativo ao retentado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 11, caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos uma membrana de separação é seletiva para produzir um permeado esgotado de ácido glifosato relativo ao retentado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 11 ou 12, caracterizado pelo fato de que o fluxo de processo aquoso compreende um caldo de fermentação preparado por um processo compreendendo:
- a) fornecer uma cultura de micro-organismos, em que o micro-organismo é capaz de sintetizar shikimato-3-fosfato; e
- b) contactar o micro-organismo com glifosato.
- Processo, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 11 a 13, caracterizado pelo fato de que o permeado compreende ácido chiquímico e fenilalanina e o processo compreende ainda separar o ácido chiquímico da fenilalanina no permeado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 14, caracterizado pelo fato de que separar o ácido chiquímico de fenilalanina no permeado forma uma solução de produto aquoso compreendendo ácido chiquímico e esgotada de fenilalanina em relação ao permeado.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 14 ou 15, caracterizado pelo fato de que tal separação compreende introduzir o permeado em pelo menos uma zona de troca iônica e contactar o permeado com uma resina de troca iônica contida nele e seletiva para a remoção de fenilalanina de lá para formar uma solução de produto aquoso compreendendo ácido chiquímico e esgotada de fenilalanina em relação ao permeado.
- Processo, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 14 a 16, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende ainda diluir o fluxo de processo aquoso durante o contato com pelo menos uma membrana de separação, de tal modo que a unidade de separação de membrana funciona como a unidade de separação de membrana de diafiltração.
- Processo, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 11 a 17, caracterizado pelo fato de que a unidade de separação de membrana compreende uma pluralidade de membranas de separação, a pluralidade de membranas compreendendo uma primeira membrana de separação e uma segunda membrana de separação, em que o processo compreende ainda:
- (a) introduzir o permeado da primeira membrana de separação no fluxo de processo aquoso;
- (b) contactar o retentado da primeira membrana de separação com a segunda membrana de separação para formar um segundo retentado e um segundo permeado, em que o segundo permeado é enriquecido em ácido chiquímico com relação ao segundo retentado; e
- (c) introduzir o segundo permeado no fluxo de processo aquoso.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que a pluralidade de membranas de separação compreende ainda uma terceira membrana de separação, em que o processo compreende ainda:
- (d) contactar o segundo retentado com a terceira membrana de separação para formar um terceiro retentado e um terceiro permeado, em que o terceiro permeado é enriquecido em ácido chiquími-co com relação ao terceiro permeado; e
- (e) introduzir o terceiro permeado no fluxo de processo aquoso.
- Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 18 ou 19, caracterizado pelo fato de que uma ou mais das etapas (a) a (e) são conduzidas de forma substancialmente contínua..
