Abstract

PREPARAÇÃO E USO DE POLIANILINAS PARA TRATAMENTODE ÁGUA A presente invenção refere-se a uma polianilina, compreendendo unidades de anilina e unidades de organoenxofre, caracterizada pelo fato de que a polianilina é dopada e tem um grau médio de número de polimerização de aproximadamente 5 a aproximadamente 50. O escopo da invenção também inclui um processo para a preparação de polianilina, em que anilina e pelo menos uma unidade de organoenxofre são convertidas em um derivado de polianilina em uma reação de polimerização catalisada com ácido oxidativa. Um objeto da invenção é também um substrato revestido que é revestido com a polianilina de acordo com a invenção e também um processo para o revestimento do substrato. O escopo da invenção adicionalmente também inclui uma composição de revestimento que é adequada para o revestimento do substrato. A invenção, desse modo, também refere-se a um processo para a preparação da composição de revestimento. Um objeto da invenção é também o uso de polianilina que é dopada e tem enxofre na cadeia de polimero principal para tratamento de água e/ou para a purificação de ar e também um reator de purificação para efetuar um processo de purificação.
