Abstract

PARTÍCULAS DE TITÂNIA REVESTIDAS E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DAS MESMAS. Proporciona-se um processo de pirólise da pulverização por chama para a preparação de partículas de titânia ultrafina, revestidas com um revestimento uniforme, homogêneo, de um ou mais óxidos de metais. O revestimento de óxido de metal é obtido contatando-se as partículas de titânia com um precursor de óxido de metal à jusante da zona de formação de titânia, após as partículas de titânia terem se formado. O processo proporciona partículas de titânia com um alto teor de rutílio e um revestimento uniforme, homogêneo, de um óxido de metal.
