Abstract

cordão de reforço e produto de borracha usando o mesmo a presente invenção refere-se a um cordão de reforço que é um cordão de reforço (1 o) para reforçar borracha, incluindo um núcleo de fibra (11) e uma pluralidade de filamentos (12) dispostos em torno do núcleo de fibra (11 ). o núcleo de fibra (11) é formado de uma ou de uma pluralidade de fibras altamente elásticas, tendo um módulo elástico de tração de pelo menos 100 gpa. cada um da pluralidade de filamentos (12) é formado de uma pluralidade de fibras de vidro, que são torcidas primariamente, e a pluralidade de filamentos (12) é finalmente torcida finalmente, para que seja disposta em torno do núcleo de fibra (11 ). a direção da torção final da pluralidade de filamentos é oposta à direção da torção primária em cada um da pluralidade de filamentos (12). o número de torções finais da pluralidade de filamentos (12) é de 1,0 a 3,0 vezes/ 25 mm, e uma razão do número de torções primárias, em cada uma da pluralidade de filamentos (12), para o número de torções finais da pluralidade de filamentos ( 12) ( o número de torções primárias/ o número de torções finais) é em uma faixa de 1,5 a 2,5.
