Abstract

MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FORMAR EMBALAGENS DE PRODUTOS ARRANJADOS EM CAMADAS SUPERPOSTAS A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que compreende uma superfície de empilhamento (3) móvel em uma direção substancialmente vertical, na qual camadas (S1, S2, S3) de produtos (P) a serem embalados são superpostas, e um par de transportadores (7, 9) substancialmente superpostos para alimentar as camadas de produtos a uma superfície de empilhamento. O dispositivo também compreende um par de paredes (31 A, 31 8) substancialmente paralelas, e substancialmente verticais entre si, entre as quais as camadas de produtos são inseridas pelos transportadores quando os mesmos são empilhados na superfície de empilhamento. As paredes se movem reciprocamente em direção a e em afastamento uma a partir da outra para adotar uma posição de maior distância recíproca, na qual as mesmas não interferem com os produtos depositados na superfície de empilhamento, e uma posição de menos distância recíproca, na qual as mesmas interferem com os produtos inseridos entre as mesmas.
