Abstract

ANEL DE FRICÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um anel de fricção (1) para um acoplamento, em particular, para um mecanismo de sincronização de uma caixa de câmbio de um veículo automotor, com um corpo anular (2), sendo que o corpo anular (2) apresenta vários recessos (3), e nos recessos (3) estão dispostos elementos de fricção (4), o corpo anular (2) forma uma gaiola que leva os elementos de fricção (4) aos recessos (3), sendo que os elementos de fricção (4) estão dispostos, podendo ser deslocados e/ ou girados, nos recessos (3), sendo que, no estado não carregado, as primeiras superfícies de fricção (27) se sobressaem do plano do corpo anular (2) mais do que as segundas superfícies de fricção (28) e no caso de ultrapassagem de uma carga predeterminada todas as superfícies de fricção (27, 28) podem ser postas em contato de fricção com um parceiro de fricção.
