Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE INSUFLAÇÃO DE GÁS SOBRE UMA FACE DE UM MATERIAL EM TIRA EM DESLOCAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de insuflação de gás sobre uma face de um material em tira em deslocamento, comportando pelo menos uma caixa oca (20) equipada com uma pluralidade de bicos tubulares (30) dirigidos para a face relevante do material em tira (15). De acordo com a invenção, a caixa oca (20) apresenta do lado voltado para a face relevante do material em tira (15), uma superfície (22) cujo perfil (P) é pelo menos variável em pelo menos uma direção dada (D), simetricamente em relação a um plano mediano (Q) perpendicular ao plano da tira (15), e os bicos tubulares (30) são fixados no nível de sua base na superfície (22) de perfil variável de modo que o seu eixo respectivo seja essencialmente ortogonal ao referido perfil variável no ponto considerado, os referidos bicos tubulares tendo um comprimento respectivo que é escolhido de modo que os seus orifícios de saída estejam em um plano comum sensivelmente paralelo ao plano da tira (15).
