preparação farmacêutica ou nutracêutica, revestida com liberação acentuada de substância ativa no cólon. a presente invenção se refere a uma preparação farmacêutica ou nutracêutica compreendendo (a) um núcleo contendo uma substância ativa farmacêutica ou nutraceuticamente ativa; e (b) uma camada interna de controle em torno do núcleo que compreende (i) um ou uma mistura de uma pluralidade de copolímeros de (met)acrilato que carregam um grupo catiônico ou um grupo que pode ser convertido em um grupo catiônico, e (ii) um ou uma mistura de uma pluralidade de polímeros ou copolímeros que carregam um grupo aniônico ou grupo que pode ser convertido em um grupo aniônico; e (c) uma camada externa de controle que compreende um ou uma mistura de uma pluralidade de polímeros ou copolímeros que carregam um grupo aniônico ou grupo que pode ser convertido em um grupo aniônico e aos comprimidos ou cápsulas compreendendo os mesmos.
