Abstract

TUBO FLEXÍVEL DOTADO DE CAMADADE BLINDAGEM CONTRA PRESSÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um corpo do tubo flexível e a um método para fabricação do corpo do tubo flexível e uma fita usada durante a fabricação. O corpo do tubo flexível inclui pelo menos uma camada de fita enrolada de maneira helicoidal (30), sendo que enrolamentos adjacentes na camada de fita são intertravados por uma região de gancho (39) de um enrolamento encaixado em uma região de vale (36) de um enrolamento adjacente, em que a fita (30) tem um perfil de seção transversal que compreende uma primeira superfície de contato (33) e paredes laterais separadas paralelas (31, 32) substancialmente perpendiculares à superfície de contato (33).
