Abstract

COBERTURA PARA ESTRUTURA DE PAINEL DE PENEIRAMENTO DE MINéRIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de estrutura de deque de peneiramento de minério que consiste em uma estrutura de máquina dotada de uma porção de fixação de máquina e de uma porção de fixação de painel com furos espaçados ao longo do comprimento da mesma e uma cobertura adaptada de modo a se estender paralela à porção de suporte de fixação de painel tendo saias de borda pendentes que pendem abaixo da superfície da porção de suporte de fixação de painel e tendo ainda saliências tubulares pendentes espaçadas de modo a se encaixarem nos furos da dita porção de suporte de fixação de painel. A estrutura é feita de um elemento de estrutura em aço na forma de um L invertido, com o flange superior provendo a porção de suporte de fixação de painel. A cobertura é feita de poliuretano ou borracha e encerra o flange superior. As saliéncias tubulares se estendem a partir dos recessos na superfície da cobertura, e os recessos incorporam um ombro anular que corresponde ao topo das saliências tubulares. As saliências tubulares são adaptadas de modo a receber pinos de fixação que se estendem para dentro das saliências e terminam abaixo da superfície inferior do flange superior.
