Abstract

ARRANJO DE BALANCIM DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA. A presente invenção refere-se a um arranjo de balancim (1) de um motor de combustão interna, que apresenta um balancim (2) e um pino de assento (4) . O pino de assento (4) apresenta uma superfície circunferencial externa projetada como superfície de rolamento (5) e engata em um furo central (3) do balancim (2) , furo esse revestido de um casquilho do mancal (6), de forma que o balancim (2) fica apoiado de modo articulável sobre a superfície de rolamento (5) do pino de assento (4) . O pino de assento (4) possui um primeiro canal de circulação de óleo (8,9) que passa em seu interior, e que desemboca em pelo menos um orifício de saida (10, 11) na superfície de rolamento (5) disposto abaixo de um eixo longitudinal central (7) do pino de assento (4) . O casquilho do mancal (6) conectado fixamente ao balancim (2) apresenta um formato oco-cilíndrico com uma superfície externa do casquilho (21) e uma superfície interna do casquilho (22) . Uma metade inferior da superfície interna do casquilho (22) é provida de pelo menos uma ranhura interna (23) que passa em sentido circunferencial e termina nos dois lados abaixo do eixo longitudinal central (7) , ranhura essa qye se estende pelo menos até uma área, na qual o orifício de saida (10, 11) do primeiro canal de circulação de óleo (8,9) fica alojado em uma posição básica do balancim (2). A superfície externa do casquilho (210 é provida pelo menos de uma ranhura externa (24, 25) que passa no balancim (2) e estende até um orifício de entrada (19, 20) de um segundo canal de circulação de óleo (17, 18) que passa no balancim (2) . O casquilho do mancal (6) apresenta pelo menos um orifício de passagem (26, 27) que conecta a ranhura interna (23) e a ranhura externa (24, 25) entre si.
