Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ACIONAMENTO PARA UMA VáLVULA OU PARA UMA GUARNIçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de acionamento (2) para uma válvula ou para uma guarnição, que abrange uma engrenagem de fuso (8) com uma roda de fuso (12) e um fuso (10) disposto em um eixo de fuso (6). O eixo de fuso (6) está apoiado, podendo se deslocar axialmente de uma posição de repouso contra uma disposição de mola (22), e sendo que, está previsto um dispositivo de freio (24) acionado mecanicamente com um disco de freio (30) fixado no eixo de fuso (6) que freia ou bloqueia a rotação do eixo de fuso (6) assim que o deslocamento axial do eixo de fuso (6) ultrapassa um valor predeterminado em relação à posição de repouso. O dispositivo de acionamento (2) deve ser projetado para uma alta eficiência e confiabilidade do dispositivo de freio (24), no caso de uma operação, ao mesmo tempo, particularmente com pouco desgaste e alta precisão de ajuste. Para este fim, de acordo com a invenção está previsto que, o disco de freio (30) esteja disposto, podendo ser deslocado axialmente em relação ao eixo de fuso (6), sobre o eixo de fuso (6) e girando com ele, sendo que, o disco de freio (30) pode ser bloqueado através de um corpo de atrito (34), que pode ser comprimido no disco de freio (30), oposto ao disco, não rotativo e através do acionamento de uma alavanca de tombamento (38) e, sendo que, a alavanca de tombamento (38), por sua vez, é controlada através de um excêntrico (44) disposto no eixo de fuso (6).
