Abstract

PROCESSO DE EXTRAÇÃO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS ATIVAS A PARTIR DO GINSENG BRASILEIRO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de extração via extração supercrítica dos compostos ativos provenientes de matrizes sólidas, em especial, raízes de Ginseng Brasileiro, particularmente do gênero Pfaffia e mais particularmente Pfaffia glomerata como o esteróide beta-ecdisterona. O processo para obtenção ora revelado, utiliza fluido supercrítico como solvente de extração, de modo a obter um extrato vegetal contendo beta-ecdisterona. O referido processo de obtenção de compostos ativos pode ocorrer de maneira continua ou semi-contínua, sendo essa característica, dependente da quantidade de colunas de extração e dispositivos de controle, tais como válvulas, que irão compor a planta operacional do processo.
