Abstract

PROCESSO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA DESIDRATAçãO DE MATERIAIS COM ELEVADO TEOR DE UMIDADE, capaz de prover a extração de água ou qualquer outro solvente de materiais sólidos ou pastosos, incluindo-se lodo galvânico e lodo de estações de tratamento de água e esgoto, por meio do uso de um gás dessecante com elevada capacidade de saturação, compreendendo um equipamento constituído por dois circuitos, sendo um circuito de refrigeração (A) e um circuito de desidratação (B). A presente invenção propõe um processo de baixo impacto ambiental e grande eficiência energética, uma vez que opera em baixas temperaturas, permite sua operação em circuito fechado e utiliza a energia térmica do ambiente atmosférico para pré-aquecer o gás dessecante antes de seu retorno ao circuito de refrigeração, utilizando também como fonte de energia térmica a energia dissipada por um compressor utilizado no circuito de refrigeração. O circuito de refrigeração, muito conhecido no estado da técnica, compõe-se por um compressor (1), um evaporador (2), uma válvula de expansão (3) e um condensador (4). O circuito de desidratação compõe-se por uma câmara de desidratação (5), um dreno (6) para coleta de produtos condensados, um radiador (7) para transferir calor do ar externo ao gás dessecante, um soprador para fornecer ventilação forçada ao circuito (8) e equipamentos auxiliares para controle do sistema tais como medidores de temperatura, pressão e válvulas de retenção (9).HIGH-MOISTURE MATERIALS DEHYDRATION PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT, capable of providing extraction of water or any other solvent from solid or pasty materials, including galvanic sludge and sludge from water and sewage treatment plants, by use of a high saturation desiccant gas comprising an apparatus consisting of two circuits, one refrigeration circuit (A) and one dehydration circuit (B).
