Abstract

APLICAçãO DE NOTIFICAçãO E DE PAGAMENTO DE CONTA COM BASE EM PLATAFORMA DE APLICAçãO DE CABO ABERTA E SET-TOP BOX (STB). Um aspecto de exemplo é comunicação de multimídia avançada através de OCAP utilizando perfis específicos do cliente residente na STB para o gerenciamento de contas. AspectQs da invenção também se relacionam ao gerenciamento de preferências de pagamento, e o pagamento de contas ou de faturas, gerenciar as preferências de notificação de conta, disparar uma notificação a ser enviada a um ou mais de um dispositivo associado e a STB quando do recebimento de uma conta, analisar uma conta de entrada com um agente inteligente e opcionalmente iniciar uma comunicação com o fornecedor associado a uma conta com base na análise, adquirir informação adicional sobre a conta incluindo uma imagem da conta e/ou detalhes adicionais, e encaminhar a informação da fatura a um destino associado à STB.
