Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR ETANOL, CÉLULA MICROBIANA FOTOSSINTÉTICA GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADA PARA PRODUZIR ETANOL, MÉTODO PARA AUMENTAR A CAPACIDADE DE PRODUÇÃO DE ETANOL POR UM MICRÓBIO FOTOSSINTÉTICO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO A BASE DE CARBONO DE INTERESSE. A presente invenção identifica rotas e mecanismos para conferir a produção de produtos à base de carbono de interesse, tal como etanol, etileno, químicos, polímeros, n-alcanos, isoprenóides, produtos fármacos ou intermediários dos mesmos nos organismos fotoautotróficos tais como aqueles organismos eficientemente convertidos em dióxido de carbono e luminosidade em produtos a base de carbono de interesse e, em particular, o uso dos referidos organismos para a produção comercial de etanol, etileno, químicos, polímeros, n-alcanos, isoprenóides, produtos farmacêuticos ou intermediários dos mesmos.
