Abstract
"processo para a fabricação de componente de fvw, componente de fvw, bem como, parte de fuselagem de fvw de avião". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um componente de fvw (1) com um campo de revestimento (2) e um componente primário (8) para o reforço do componente de fvw (1), com as etapas seguintes: aplicação de um produto semi-acabado de prepreg (4) sobre um molde de ferramenta para a formação do campo de revestimento (2), sendo que, no produto semi-acabado de prepreg (4) parcialmente em linha curva passam fibras correspondentes de uma evolução do fluxo de força recebido no campo de revestimento (2), do componente (1) a ser fabricado; endurecimento prévio do produto semi-acabado de prepreg (4); aplicação de camadas de um produto semi-acabado têxtil (10) sobre o produto semi-acabado de prepreg (4) endurecido para a formação do componente primário (8); impregnação do produto semi-acabado têxtil (10) com material de matriz e endurecimento do grupo de construção formado do produto semi-acabado de prepreg (4) endurecido previamente, e do produto semiacabado têxtil (10). além disso, a invenção refere-se a um componente de fvw com, pelo menos, um componente de suporte e uma seção de casca ligada com esse componente, com um recesso, bem como, a uma parte de fuselagem de fvw de um avião, com uma parte de casca com, pelo menos, um recesso e com um componente de suporte formado como parte de armação.
