Abstract
PROCESSAMENTO DE DADOS DE IMAGEM. Um método para processamento de dados de imagem de uma amostra é revelado. O método compreende o registro de uma primeira e segunda imagens de regiões espaciais no mínimo parcialmente sobrepostas da amostra e o processamento dos dados a partir das imagens registradas para obter os dados integrados de imagem compreendendo informações sobre a amostra, a referida informação sendo adicional àquela disponível a partir das referidas primeira e segunda imagens.
