Abstract

forno de fundição de vidro a presente invenção se refere a um forno de fundição de vidro, compreendendo uma bacia de fusão de forma canal, a introdução das matérias-primas ocorrendo em uma extremidade a montante, o vidro fundido sendo recuperado na extremidade a jusante, forno aquecido por meio de queimadores, no qual a energia de combustão é produzida por oxicombustão para pelo menos 65 %, os queimadores sendo distribuídos sobre as paredes no comprimento do forno, no qual a maior parte da evacuação das fumaças é localizada nas proximidades da extremidade a montante nas proximidades das aberturas de introdução das matérias-primas, o restante das fumaças sendo evacuado nas proximidades da parte a jusante, de maneira a manter uma estanqueidade dinâmica face a atmosfera ambiente.
