Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA PURIFICAR UMA SOLUÇÃO AQUOSA DE ÁLCOOL DE FERMENTAÇÃO PARA DAR ÁLCOOL ANIDRO A presente invenção refere-se a um método para purificar uma solução aquosa de álcool de fermentação para dar álcool anidro, em que uma coluna de mosto é controlada de tal modo que uma concentração de álcool inferior a 50% em peso e uma quantidade de refluxo de um condensado para uma coluna de destilação é controlada de tal modo que uma concentração de álcool de um vapor misto de álcool/água, que é destilado a partir de uma coluna de mosto, seja de 65 a 85% em peso. De acordo com o presente método, a purificação para obter um álcool anidro a partir de uma solução aquosa de um álcool de fermentação com o uso de uma coluna de mosto, uma coluna de destilação, um evaporador e um separador por membrana, pode ser realizada mais convenientemente com uma eficiência energética extremamente alta como um processo total.
