Abstract

processo para a produção contínua de um poliéster biodegradável, poliéster biodegradável, mistura de poliéster biodegradável, e, uso de poliésteres a invenção diz respeito a um método para a produção contínua de um poliéster biodegradável com base nos ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos ou alifáticos e aromáticos, e nos compostos di-hidróxi alifáticos. de acordo com o referido método, uma mistura dos compostos di-hidróxi alifáticos, ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos e aromáticos e, opcionalmente, outros comonômeros (componente c), é feita para dar uma pasta, sem adição de um catalisador ou, alternativamente, os ésteres líquidos dos ácidos dicarboxílicos e o composto di-hidróxi e, opcionalmente, outros comonômeros, são alimentados à mistura, sem a adição de um catalisador, i) a mistura sendo continuamente esterificada ou transesterificada com a quantidade total ou uma quantidade parcial do catalisador em uma primeira etapa; ii) o produto da transesterificação ou da esterificação obtido de acordo com i) sendo continuamente pré-condensado em uma segunda etapa, opcionalmente com a quantidade remanescente do catalisador, até um número de viscosidade de 20 a 70 cm3/g (din 53728); iii) o produto obtenível de acordo com ii) sendo policondensado em uma terceira etapa até um número de viscosidade de 60 a 170 cn3/g (din 53728) e iv) o produto obtenível de acordo com iii) sendo reagido em uma reação de poliadição com um extensor de cadeia d em uma quarta etapa até um número de viscosidade de 150 a 320 cm3/g (din 53728). a invenção ainda diz respeito a poliésteres biodegradáveis que são, pela primeira vez, obteníveis por este método.
