Abstract

PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE BIOMATERIAL DE TRI-CáLCIO FOSFATO E HIDROXIAPATITA. RESUMO Patente de biomaterial de tri-cálcio fosfato e hidroxiapatita, para uso em cirurgias que necessitem de substituto ásseo como enxertia ou outras indicações. Misturamos os materiais em forma de pó, com a seguinte composição: 70% de tri-cálcio fosfato Ca~3~ (PO~4~)~2~; 30% de hidroxiapatita, Ca~10~(PO~4~)~6~(OH)2. Um composto de 90% deste material e 10% de Amido em pó é formado. Adicionamos dois mililitros de peróxido de hidrogênio [H~2~O~2~] com uma concentraçao de 10% para cada grama deste composto. Esta massa em forma de pasta cerâmica é homogeneizada e em seguida colocada em formas de polipropileno e depois em uma estufa. O material cerâmico seco retirado é colocado em suportes de alumina, sendo entao sinterizado a 1200<198>C, seguindo uma rampa de aquecimento.
