Abstract

MÉTODO PARA EMBALAGEM A VÁCUO COM PELÍCULA DE UM PRODUTO ORGANIZADO EM UMA BANDEJA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de embalagem a vácuo com película, para uma bandeja adequada para um processo de embalagem a vácuo com película e para a embalagem obtida assim. O processo de embalagem a vácuo com película da invenção compreende o provimento de uma bandeja carregada com um produto, dita bandeja compreendendo uma parede inferior, uma parede lateral se estendendo para cima a partir da dita parede inferior e terminando em uma borda horizontal que se projeta para fora, dita parede lateral compreendendo pelo menos um furo; posicionando a bandeja carregada como o produto em uma câmara de vácuo; posicionando uma película sobre a bandeja carregada com o produto; formando um contato hermético entre a película e a borda da bandeja; evacuando o ar a partir da parte de cima da película para trazê-lo em contato com a placa de aquecimento para aquecer a película; evacuar o ar a partir de dentro da bandeja através de pelo menos um furo; introduzir o ar a partir de cima da película empurrando a película em contato com o produto e vedando com a superfície interna da bandeja fechando pelo menos um furo na parede lateral caracterizada pelo fato de que a película é mantida em contato com a placa de aquecimento enquanto o ar começa a ser evacuado a partir de dentro da bandeja. Preferencialmente, a películacolocada acima da bandeja carregada com o produto é uma peça discreta de película que tem o tamanho da bandeja assim, reduzindo a quantidade de película que é descartada durante o processo de embalagem a vácuo com película.
