Abstract

PROTEÍNA DE ADESÃO DE BACTERIÓFAGO, MÉTODOS PARA DETECTAR BACTÉRIAS GRAM-NEGATIVAS, MÉTODOS PARA PURIFICAÇÃO SELETIVA E PARA ENRIQUECIMENTO OU PURIFICAÇÃO DAS CÉLULAS BACTERIANAS GRAM-NEGATIVAS E/OU COMPONENTES CELULARES E KIT COMPREENDENDO AS DITAS PROTEÍNAS DE ADESÃO DE BACTERIÓFAGO. A presente invenção se refere a proteínas de adesão de bacteriófago que se ligam ao antígeno O de bactérias gram negativas, perdendo a habilidade de se ligar ao bacteriófago e de hidrolisar polissacarídeos. A invenção também se refere a moléculas de ácido nucléico compreendendo uma sequência codificando as proteínas da presente invenção. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção se refere a um método para a geração de bactérias de adesão do bacteriófago. A invenção adicionalmente se refere ao uso das ditas proteínas e método de detecção, purificação e enriquecimento de bactéria.
