Abstract
PROCESSO DE SOLDAGEM POR FUSÃO PARA UNIR ALUMÍNIO E TITÂNIO E CONJUNTO SUBMETIDO À SOLDA-BRASAGEM. A invenção refere-se a um processo para unir um primeiro elemento (1), compreendendo uma liga de alumínio, a um segundo elemento (2) compreendendo uma liga de titânio e tendo pelo menos uma borda com uma espessura e compreendendo as etapas de (i) chanfragem da referida borda do referido segundo elemento em uma forma de tronco de cone, tendo em um primeiro lado um primeiro ângulo de afunilamento alfa1, em um segundo lado um segundo ângulo de afunilamento alfa2 e uma espessura mínima t, em que alfa1 e alfa2 são maiores do que ou iguais a zero, a soma de alfa1 e alfa2 fica entre 10º e 50º e t está entre 0,05 e e 0,3 e, (ii) colocação do referido primeiro elemento (21) e da referida borda chanfrada do referido segundo elemento (21) em uma relação de apoio, definindo uma geometria a ser submetida à solda-brasagem (3); (iii) aquecimento das áreas de superfícies dos referidos elementos adjacente ao apoio até uma temperatura acima da temperatura de fusão da referida liga de alumínio e abaixo da temperatura de fusão da referida liga de titânio, na presença de um gás inerte (5) e de um metal de enchimento (4) para obter uma junta de solda-brasagem. O processo da invenção é particularmente útil para obtenção de juntas de solda-brasagem de alta resistência entre alumínio e titânio com uma alta saída de processo.
