Abstract

FERRAMENTA PARA PERFURAÇÃO DE TERRA E MÉTODO PARA PERFURAR MATERIAL DE REVESTIMENTO DISPOSTO EM FORMAÇÃO SUBTERRÂNEA. A presente invenção refere-se às ferramentas de perfuração de terra compreendem uma face e uma pluralidade de elementos de corte dispostos sobre pelo menos uma porção da face. Um material de impacto é posicionado sobre pelo menos uma porção do corpo e tem uma exposição relativa igual ou maior do que pelo menos algum dos elementos de corte da pluralidade de elementos de corte. O material de impacto compreende um material tendo uma resistência à abrasão menor do que do corpo. Os métodos de fazer e os métodos de usar tais ferramentas de perfuração de terra são também descritos.
