Abstract
ENGOMAÇÃO MELHORADA DA SUPERFÍCIE DE PAPEL. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de prensa de engomação e métodos para a produção de produtos de papel engomado, incluindo placas de forro. As composições da prensa de engomação contêm pelo menos um agente de engomação de superfície catiônico não reativo, pelo menos um agente de engomação reativo, pelo menos uma resina promotora, pelo menos um ligante, e água. O pelo menos um agente de engomação de superfície catiônico não reativo, pode ser um polímero na forma de uma dispersão, uma emulsão ou um látex com um potencial zeta positivo abaixo do pH 6. O pelo menos um agente de engomação reativo pode ser uma dispersão, uma emulsão ou um látex incluindo um dímero de ceteno de alquila ou um anidrido succínico de alquila. A pelo menos uma resina promotora pode ser uma resina de poliaminoamida-epicloroídrina ou um poli(cloreto de dime- tildialilamônio).
