Abstract

dispositivo de ajuste para um freio a disco e freio a disco a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de ajuste (1) para o ajuste de um desgaste de pastilhas de freio (23) e disco de freio (21) de um freio a disco (20) pneumaticamente ativado com um dispositivo de aplicação de freio acionado por alavanca rotativa, que pode ser empregado de preferência em um fuso de ajuste (25) do freio a disco (20) e aplicado a uma pinça de freio (22) do freio a disco (20) por meio de um disco de mancal (3), sendo que axialmente em um lado de um anel de acionamento (6) está executado um mancal axial (5) e axialmente no lado contraposto do anel de acionamento (6) está executado um acoplamento de rampa de esferas (7) com função de roda livre; o acoplamento de rampa de esferas (7) apresenta esferas, uma bucha de acionamento (33) disposta no lado de acionamento axialmente entre o mancal axial (5) e suas esferas e um anel de acoplamento (8) do lado de saída, um acoplamento de cone (17) está disposto entre o anel de acoplamento (8) do lado de saída e uma luva de mola (14) para uma mola cilíndrica (12), que é caracterizado pelo fato de que o anel de acoplamento (8) do lado de saída é executado para um ângulo de rotação de trabalho (alfaa) limitado por ao menos um batente (9) fixo, e a um correspondente freio a disco (20) com o dispositivo de ajuste (1).
