Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO E POSICIONAMENTO PARA PROCESSAR UM CORPO DE SUPORTE DE CATALISADOR, E, USO DE UMA MESA INDEXADORA ROTATIVA. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de processamento e posicionamento, para processar corpos de suporte se catalisador. O dispositivo compreende uma mesa de indexação rotativa, que compreende uma mesa giratória, que é rotativa em torno de um eixo geométrico longitudinal correndo na direção axial da mesa rotativa, e pelo menos uma plataforma de carregamento, que compreende um dispositivo de retenção e é estabelecido para liberavelmente reter o corpo de suporte de catalisador em uma superfície externa do corpo de suporte de catalisador. A pelo menos uma plataforma de carregamento é conectada à mesa giratória, por meio do que a plataforma de carregamento é levada ao longo pela mesa giratória, quando uma rotação da mesa giratória ocorre em torno de seu eixo geométrico longitudinal. O dispositivo de retenção é disposto em relação ao eixo geométrico longitudinal da mesa giratória com uma distância afastada do eixo geométrico longitudinal. É também provida pelo menos uma posição de processamento, que é fixada com respeito à mesa giratória e é afastada do eixo geométrico longitudinal em uma direção radial por uma distância. A distância é provida em relação à distância radial, de modo que a plataforma de carregamento pode ser disposta na posição de processamento. A invenção também refere-se a um método para posicionar os corpos de suporte de catalisador que, por meio de um movimento circular, dispõe os corpos de suporte em posições que são em série, de acordo com o posicionamento ao longo de uma linha circular.
