Abstract

sistema de injeção de uma matéria termoplástica no estado fluido em uma cavidade de moldagem e seu processo de fabricação e dispositivo de comando de deslizamento a presente invenção trata de um sistema de injeção de matéria termoplástica em uma cavidade de moldagem, e de um processo de fabricação desse sistema. o sistema de injeção de uma matéria termoplástica no estado fluido em uma cavidade de moldagem, compreende: um distribuidor (200) próprio para ser mantido a uma temperatura de injeção superior à temperatura limite além da qual a matéria se apresenta no estado fluido, e o distribuidor compreende um canal de distribuição e pelo menos uma saída de matéria termoplástica, um bico de injeção que define pelo menos uma porção de uma passagem de trânsito, cuja entrada está em ligação fluídica com a saída do canal de distribuição, e cuja saída desemboca sensivelmente na cavidade de moldagem, um obturador (7) montado no interior da passagem de trânsito para deslizar entre a posição de fechamento e uma posição de abertura dessa passagem, meios de comando para fazer deslizar alternadamente o obturador (7), que compreende um macaco (100) cuja haste é paralela à direção (x) de deslizamento do obturador (7) e uma alavanca disposta de modo a se inclinar em torno de um eixo (4) de modo a transmitir ao obturador (7) os movimentos da haste do macaco; em que o macaco é fixado de modo deslocado em relação ao distribuidor (200) por meio de uma viga achatada.
