Abstract

AUMENTO DE POTÊNCIA E DIMINUIÇÃO DE POTÊNCIA COORDENADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método que são proporcionados para aumentar a potência para uma ligação de comunicações entre uma estação base e um dispositivo do usuário, ou equipamento do usuário através de um canal de ligação de comunicações em uma rede celular de comunicações. Em uma concretização, a estação base determina se uma ligação de comunicações para um dispositivo do usuário localizado dentro de um setor de uma célula servida pela estação base precisa de um aumento de potência. Se um aumento de potência for necessário, a estação base proporciona um aumento de potência para a ligação de comunicações para o dispositivo do usuário e, para cada um ou mais setores adjacentes que são adjacentes ao setor no qual o dispositivo do usuário está localizado, coordena o aumento de potência tanto em frequência como em tempo, com uma diminuição de potência para um enlace direto para outro dispositivo do usuário localizado em uma área central da célula do setor adjacente.
