Abstract

MÉTODO E EQUIPAMENTO DE PONTO DE VENDA PARA FAZER E DISPENSAR PRODUTOS ALIMENTÍCIOS CONGELADOS AERADOS. Um equipamento para fazer e dispensar produtos congelados aerados inclui uma chapa de congelamento horizontal giratória com uma superfície superior para receber uma mistura resfriada, aerada. A mistura resfriada, aerada inclui, em uma modalidade, uma base que foi suficientemente aerada e pelo menos um sabor. A chapa de congelamento horizontal gira em torno de seu eixo central. O equipamento inclui também um corpo de espalhador para distribuir a mistura resfriada aerada sobre a chapa giratória de congelamento. O corpo de espalhador se estende radialmente através de pelo menos uma porção da superfície superior da chapa de congelamento. O equipamento inclui ainda um raspador para raspar a mistura congelada aerada da chapa de congelamento giratório. O raspador inclui uma lâmina de raspador com uma borda avançada que se estende radialmente através da porção da chapa de congelamento e que engata a superfície superior da chapa de congelamento. A lâmina de raspador é direcionada oposta à direção de rotação da chapa de congelamento. O raspador inclui ainda um corpo que forma um canal semicilíndrico alongado acima da lâmina de raspador que se estende radialmente acima da chapa de congelamento para a coleta de mistura raspada, congelada e aerada. O equipamento inclui também um escareador para empurrar a mistura raspada, congelada e aerada através do canal em direção a um copo seguro por um mecanismo levantador de copo disposto em uma extremidade do canal. A ação do escareador empurra a mistura raspada, congelada, aerada através do canal e para dentro do copo resultando em uma concha geralmente redonda de mistura raspada, congelada, aerada no copo que lembra uma concha de porção experimentada em uma sorveteria tradicional.
