Abstract

embalagem com mecanismo dosador hermético para produtos semi-sólidos. compreendendo corpo em peça única ( 10), injetado em material plástico, configurando duas partes concêntricas, uma interna que configura o pote ( 11) de acondicionamento de produto (p) e uma externa que configura saia de acabamento opcional (12), ambas com as extremidades superiores integradas entre si por parede horizontal (13), acima da qual emergem verticalmente dois colarinhos concêntricos (14) e (15), os quais configuram encaixe estanque e giratório somente em um sentido e sempre em mesmo plano em reação ao corpo (10) para um acionador na forma de disco rotativo (16) que, pelo lado externo, recebe uma sobretampa opcional (17), 15 enquanto pelo lado interno, tem integrado detalhes construtivos para montagem de um mecanismo integrado de válvula dosadora de proteção (18) e um mecanismo de acionamento (19) para um êmbolo (20) que, por sua vez, inicialmente (embalagem cheia) está alojado junto ao fundo ( 21) do pote ( 11) de acondicionamento de produto (p), onde dito êmbolo é impedido de girar pelo fato de o mesmo e o diâmetro interno do pote (11) serem levemente ovalizados, porém, o mencionado êmbolo ( 20) está opera ti vamente montado para ser deslocado somente para cima com o acionamento rotativo da disco rotativo (16) e, concomitantemente, do mecanismo (19), de modo que di to êmbolo possa criar pressão no produto ( p) acondicionado acima do mesmo, o suficiente para abrir a válvula dosadora de proteção ( 18) e permiti r que urna dose do mesmo possa ser dispensada sobre o mencionado disco rotativo ( 16) , onde é removido digitalmente para aplicação.
