Abstract

MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA ENFILEIRAMENTO JUSTO PONDERADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para a programação de dados para a transmissão em uma rede de comunicação que inclui um distribuidor de crédito e um seletor de transmissão. A rede de comunicação inclui uma pluralidade de filhos. O seletor de transmissão é acoplado de maneira comunicativa ao distribuidor de crédito. O distribuidor de crédito opera para conceder créditos à ao menos um dentre os filhos elegíveis e os filhos que têm uma contagem de crédito negativo. Cada crédito é resgatável para a transmissão de dados. O distribuidor de crédito opera, adicionalmente, para afetar a equidade entre os filhos com razões de créditos concedidos, manter um equilíbrio de crédito que representa uma quantidade total de créditos disponíveis não distribuídos, e deduzir os créditos concedidos a partir do equilíbrio de crédito. O seletor de transmissão opera para selecionar ao menos um filho elegível e habilitado para a retirada da fila, seleção por tendência do filho elegível e habilitado a um filho elegível e habilitado com créditos positivos e adicionar créditos ao equilíbrio de crédito que corresponde a uma quantidade de dados selecionada para a retirada da fila.
