Abstract
MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR O RISCO DE PRÉ-ECLÂMPSIA USANDO OS MARCADORES PIGF-2 E PIGF-3. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para determinar o risco de uma mulher grávida desenvolver pré-eclâmpsia. O método compreende i) determinar o nível de um ou mais marcadores bioquímicos em uma amostra obitida de uma mulher grávida, e ii) comparar o nível de pelo menos um marcador bioquímico na amostra com o nível do mesmo marcador bioquímico na amostra em relação à amostra de controle é indicativo de um risco aumentando de desenvolver pré-eclâmpsia. Os marcadores bioquímicos de isoformas são preferivelmente PIGF-2 e PIGF-3. A presente invenção refere-se também a um método para determinar se uma mulher grávida tem pré-eclâmpsia e assim como um kit para avaliara o risco ou presença de pré-eclâmpsia. Além disso, a invenção refere-se também a um programa de computador usado nestas determinações.
