Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA LENTE ÓTICA. A invenção se refere a um método de fabricação de uma lente ótica (10), o método compreendendo as etapas de bloqueio de um elemento de lente em primeiro posicionamento em um bloqueador (20); determinação do primeiro posicionamento do elemento de lente com relação ao bloqueador; comparação do primeiro posicionamento do elemento de lente com um posicionamento predeterminado a fim de determinar um erro de posicionamento entre o primeiro posicionamento e o posicionamento predeterminado; determinação de um posicionamento de superfície da superfície a ser fabricada (13) com relação ao bloqueador de acordo com o erro de posicionamento; e configuração dos parâmetros operacionais de uma ferramenta de fabricação de lente a fim de fabricar uma superfície de acordo com o posicionamento de superfície determinado de modo que as propriedades óticas desejadas da lente ótica sejam respeitadas. A invenção se refere adicionalmente a um aparelho para a fabricação de uma lente ótica.
