Abstract
instalação e método para extrair e resfriar cinzas pesadas a presente invenção refere-se a uma instalação (1) e a um método para extrair e resfriar cinzas pesadas, com recuperação de energia térmica, do tipo apto para ser usado em associação com uma câmara de combustão, em particular para grandes fluxos de cinzas pesadas derivados, por exemplo, de combustível fóssil sólido em uma usina de produção de energia. a instalação (1) de acordo com a invenção compreende: meios (9,1 o 6) para extrair e transportar cinzas pesadas provenientes da câmara de combustão (100); um sistema de resfriamento (10, 11, 19, 17, 12) para resfriar das cinzas pesadas, disposto nos meios de extração e transporte (9, 6) e aptos a determinar uma alimentação de ar de resfriamento nos últimos, o arranjo global sendo tal que pelo menos parte do ar de resfriamento pode ser introduzida na câmara de combustão (1 00) a partir do seu fundo; meios de isolamento de pressão (8), aptos a determinar uma separação das atmosferas entre um primeiro (9) e um segundo (6) ambiente dos meios de extração e transporte (9, 6), o primeiro ambiente (9) sendo conectado à atmosfera da câmara de combustão (100) e o segundo ambiente (6) sendo capaz de ser conectado com um duto de admissão de ar (50, 57) para um trocador de ar/fumos (102) ou para uma entrada de ar do último; meios (51) para alimentar parte do ar de resfriamento para o interior do duto de admissão de ar (50, 57) para o trocador de ar/fumos (102) ou para a entrada do último; e, meios de controle, aptos a determinar a ativação do isolamento de pressão de ambientes, dependendo da temperatura e/ou fluxo de cinzas.
