PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE AREIA EXCEDENTE DE FUNDIçãO PARA USO EM MACHARIA E MOLDAGEM, sendo que o referido processo compreende as etapas de: a) alimentação da areia excedente de fundição em um silo (1); b) peneiramento inicial; c) processamento da mistura em um primeiro hidrociclone (4); d) processamento em um atritor (6); e) segunda etapa de peneiramento a úmido; f) processamento da mistura em um segundo hidrociclone (10); g) etapa de classificação; h) processamento da mistura em um terceiro hidrociclone (15); i) processamento da areia lavada em calha desaguadora (16); j) secagem em secador (17); e k) processamento em resfriador (18).
