Abstract

AGITADOR DOTADO DE ELEMENTO FLUTUANTE COM PALHETAS APLICADO EM MÁQUINA DE LAVAR, mais particularmente trata-se de um agitador (1) do tipo aplicado em máquinas de lavar roupas (M), preferencialmente com abertura superior ou do tipo "top load", convencionalmente dotada de um reservatório ou tanque de água (R), um cesto perfurado (C) com movimento de giro pulsante/alternado, configurando o local onde se acomoda a roupa (não ilustrada); o elemento agitador (1) é do tipo instalado no fundo do cesto e ao centro deste, podendo ser acompanhado de acessório (AC) dotado de aletas verticais (AL), integrado ao sistema de rotação pulsante do cesto (C); o agitador (1) inclui um setor de base com configuração na forma de saia (la) cuja superfície (1c) é multiperfurada (1d) e dotada de rasgos radiais (1j), distribuídos de forma equidistante entre si; da face inferior do plano (1c) se desenvolve corpo tubular (1g) que, em conjunto com a parede lateral (1b) da saia (1a) configura espaço para a montagem de um elemento flutuante (2) com palhetas verticais radiais (2g) dimensionadas para atuarem nos respectivos rasgos radiais (1j); referido elemento flutuante (2) possui um curso de deslocamento vertical previsto entre a face interna da superfície (1c) e o anel batente (3) fixado adequadamente na base do corpo tubular (1g) de maneira a permitir que as palhetas (2g) adotem uma posição projetante (F2) em ressalto (y) ou uma posição recolhida (F1) em relação à superfície (lc) em função da existência ou não de água no interior do reservatório (R)/cesto (C) da máquina Ele lavar roupas (M).
