Abstract

Turbina eólica de eixo vertical É descrita uma turbina eólica de eixo vertical, do tipo compreendendo uma torre (2, 2'), um eixo motor (5) vertical que conecta o rotor (20) a um gerador elétrico (4). A turbina compreende uma máquina eólica (10) composta por diversas unidades (11), empilhadas compondo uma coluna. Cada uma de ditas unidades (11) compreende um rotor eólico (20) disposto dentro de um módulo aerodinâmico (40), destinado a comprimir, acelerar e direcionar o fluxo de ar recebido externamente pelo dito módulo aerodinâmico (40) em direção ao dito rotor eólico (20). O módulo aerodinâmico (40) compreende uma superfície inferior (41) e uma superfície superior (42), ambas em forma de disco, centralmente vazadas, paralelas entre si e transversais em relação ao eixo de rotação do eixo motor (5). Entre as ditas superfícies (41, 42) é disposta uma pluralidade de defletores (43), paralelos entre si e transversais em relação as ditas superfícies (41, 42), dito defletores formando um ângulo em relação aos raios de ditas superfícies (41, 42). Os ditos defletores (43) se projetam desde a superfície inferior (41) até a superfície superior (42) e desde a borda externa (44) até a borda interna (45) a qual define a região cilíndrica sede para o rotor eólico (20). O rotor eólico (20) compreende uma base inferior (21) e uma base superior (22), ambas em forma de disco, paralelas entre si e transversais em relação ao eixo de rotação do eixo motor (5). Entre as ditas bases (21, 22) é disposta uma pluralidade de aletas (30), com formato de calota cilíndrica, as quais se projetam desde a borda externa (24) das ditas bases (21, 22) para o centro.
