Abstract
FERRAMENTA GIRATàRIA PARA REMOÇçO DE CAVACOS POR USINAGEM, ASSIM COMO, UMA PARTE SUPERIOR LIVRE PARA A MESMA. A presente invenção, em um aspecto, está correlacionada a uma parte superior livre idealizada para ferramentas giratórias compreendendo uma parte superior livre, do tipo que compreende extremidades frontais e traseiras, entre as quais se estende um eixo central, assim como, um pino de centralização (20) que se projeta axialmente para trás a partir da parte superior livre, O dito pino de centralização compreende duas superfícies diametralmente opostas (29, 33), a primeira das quais formando uma superfície de contato (29) que se estende tangencialmente entre duas geratrizes delimitadoras (31a, 31b), que estão situadas ao longo de um círculo circunscrito imaginário (S1), cujo centro coincide com o eixo central (C), e entre as quais um ângulo de arco (a) é inferior a 180% a superfície de contato (29), através das ditas geratrizes delimitadoras (31a, 31b), se transformando na segunda superfície (33), a qual é espaçada internamente do circulo circunscrito (S1) . Mediante esse modelo de pino, a parte superior livre pode ser centralizada de uma maneira excepcionalmente exata, com relação a um corpo básico cooperante, sem que a inserção do pino dentro do furo se torne mais difícil. Além disso, a invenção se refere a uma ferramenta giratória tendo uma parte superior livre, na qual a dita parte superior livre está incluída.
