Abstract

a invenção é uma máquina lavadora para restos de concreto fresco ou outro tipo de material com um pequeno volume de água, com uma forte melhora no corte de separação da areia e brita e água de lavagem. com isso é possível construir um equipamento lavador compacto e financeiramente econômico. os restos de material são descarregados no funil, lavados e em seguida transportados através dos módulos 2 e 3 e no caminho ascendente são desidratados. através do dispositivo de ajuste, o árvore sem fim pode ser baixado e com isso compensar desgaste da hélice, mantendo a capacidade da lavadora. è possível, também, regular o mesmo de acordo com as exigências de diferentes tipos de material. o equipamento lavador serve para preserva o meio ambiente e para economizar a utilização de espaços de deposição e aumenta a economia a economia nos lucros das empresas produtoras de concreto através da reutilização por reciclagem dos materiais recuperados e a água recuperada.
