Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE COMPOSTOS DE PERALO-ALQUIL-ANILINA POLIHALOGENADA. A invenção se refere a um processo para a preparação de compostos perfluoroalquilanilinas polihalogenadas principalmente úteis como intermediários de reação para preparação de agroquímicos. O produto do método inventivo é obtido pela ação da monometilamina anidro em 3,4 diclorobenzotrifluoride a uma temperatura de 140 a 200<198>C. O intermediário obtido é halogenado com agentes halogenantes como o cloro, cloreto de sulfurilo e PCL~5~. A anilina desativada é então dealquilada com quantidade catalítica de sal piridina e gás HC1 seco a 190 a 180<198>C ou com ácido bromídrico anidro para obter 2,6-dicloro-4-trifluorometolanilina.PROCESS FOR SYNTHESIS OF POLYHALOGENATED PERALO-ALKYL-ANILINE COMPOUNDS. The invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyhalogenated perfluoroalkylanilines mainly useful as reaction intermediates for the preparation of agrochemicals. The product of the inventive method is obtained by the action of anhydrous monomethylamine in 3,4 dichlorobenzotrifluoride at a temperature of 140 to 200 ° C. The obtained intermediate is halogenated with halogenating agents such as chlorine, sulfuryl chloride and PCL-5 ~. The deactivated aniline is then alkylated with catalytic amount of pyridine salt and dry HCl gas at 190 to 180Â ° C or with anhydrous hydrobromic acid to obtain 2,6-dichloro-4-trifluorometolaniline.
