Abstract

SENSOR PARA DETECTAR BOLHAS NA FASE GASOSA PRESENTE EM UM LÍQUIDO FLUINDO ATRAVÉS DE UMA TRAJETÓRIA DE FLUXO, UNIDADE DE CONTROLE PARA COOPERAÇÃO COM O SENSOR E SISTEMA. A invenção refere-se a um sensor (102, 202, 402, 502) para detectar bolhas na fase gasosa presente em um líquido (208, 408, 527) fluindo através de uma trajetória de fluxo (204, 406, 508). O sensor compreende um elemento de aquecimento (106, 210) para aquecer o líquido, em que o elemento de aquecimento é provido com um nível de energia predeterminado pelo menos durante a detecção, e um arranjo transdutor (108, 112, 212) arranjado para gerar um sinal de medição (114) indicativo para a temperatura do elemento de aquecimento. O sensor compreende ainda um arranjo comparador (116) para comparar um valor de medição do sinal de medição com um nível limite predeterminado, em que o nível limite predeterminado corresponde a uma temperatura de referência que pode ser atingida pelo elemento de aquecimento em resposta ao dito nível de energia predeterminado e uma velocidade mínima que pode ser atingida pelo líquido na trajetória de fluxo. Baseado na última comparação, o arranjo comparador gera um sinal de saída (118) indicativo para uma possível presença de bolhas na fase gasosa.
