regeneração óssea de anticorpo mediado. a invenção relaciona-se ao campo de moléculas imunologicamente reativas usadas para melhorar dispositivos médicos implantáveis. imobilização das moléculas de anticorpo selecionadas sob a superfície de implantes médicos capacita a localização e concentração dos fatores de crescimento em vivo de uma maneira oportuna para melhorar o processo de cura de ferida seguindo implantação de dispositivos. quando fator de crescimento em vivo bmp-2 foi capturado em um dispositivo de implante por anticorpos anexados monoclonal, a atividade biológica de bmp-2 foi melhorada na vizinhança do dispositivo de implante. as moléculas de anticorpo do fator específico de crescimento do bmp-2 ou seus fragmentos quando imobilizada em implantes de titânio dental ou ortopédicos melhoram a integração óssea.
