Abstract

APARELHO DE SUPORTE DE OPERAÇÃO, MÉTODO DE SUPORTE DE OPERAÇÃO, E PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR. A presente invenção refere-se a uma proficiência de um trabalhador com relação a uma tarefa a ser executada que é obtida de um DB de proficiência (120) que armazena as proficiências de trabalhadores com relação às tarefas, para cada uma das tarefas realizadas na operação de equipamento de fabricação. Um tempo de base de orientação (314) determinado com base em uma programação de operação é controlado correspondendo à proficiência do trabalhador, um tempo de controle de orientação (334) que corresponde à proficiência do trabalhador é determinado, e uma orientação é emitida no tempo de controle de orientação (334). A proficiência do trabalhador com relação à tarefa é corrigida com base nas informações de gravação de tarefa (340) que incluem um conteúdo de tarefa e um tempo de tarefa de uma tarefa executada pelo trabalhador e no tempo de controle de orientação (334), e a proficiência do trabalhador com relação à tarefa armazenada no DB de proficiência (120) é atualizada.
